1 apple slice
To make the apple slices you need

cup fresh cream
2 tbsp caster sugar
pinch of ground cinnamon
Prepare apple slices like this
Start by preheating the oven to 130 degrees Celsius.
Then slice the apples into thin slices.
Put the caster sugar in a bowl. Add ground cinnamon and mix.
Place a silicone mat on a baking sheet and sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.
Lay the apple slices on top of the sugar and sprinkle some sugar on top.
Bake in preheated oven at 130 degrees for 5-7 minutes or until apple slices are golden brown.
Remove apple slices from oven.
Cool and serve.
2 Nandru chips
To make the Nandru chips you need
2 lotus roots
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon peri-peri powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder

How to make lotus root slices
Cut lotus root into thin strips and place in water for 20 minutes.
Pat dry on paper towels.
Fry fries in hot oil.
In a separate bowl, whisk together salt, paprika, garlic powder, and paprika.
Add the fried lotus root to the spice mixture.
3 banana slices
To make banana chips you will need
4 green bananas (sliced)
2 cups coconut oil
3 cups water
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon chili powder
salt to taste
How to Make Banana Chips
Place the banana slices in a solution of water, salt and turmeric and let stand for 5 minutes.
Mix it well and remove into a container to soak completely.
Heat oil in a medium saucepan over high heat.
Cut the slices into small pieces.
Fry until golden brown, remove and place on a napkin.
Repeat for the remaining slices.
Sprinkle with salt and paprika and let cool.
Fill it in the box.
