1. For hair health

According to research conducted by ResearchGate on ginger, an organic compound called silicon is found in ginger. According to scientific studies, silicone can help keep hair healthy.

2. It can prevent hair loss

Lack of nutrients such as zinc and magnesium can lead to hair loss. Zinc and magnesium are found in abundance in ginger, and both of these nutrients in the body can be replenished by consuming ginger.

3. Reduces dandruff formation

The beneficial effect of ginger can be seen in the removal of dandruff. Zinc is found in ginger and the problem of dandruff can be improved by using a shampoo containing zinc.

Know how to use ginger for healthy hair

1. Ginger and onion for hair growth

material- Ginger juice 2 teaspoons, onion juice 1 teaspoon

Method of use:

Put the ginger and onion juice in a bowl.
Then massage it with light hands, applying it to the roots of the hair.
After 10-15 minutes, wash your hair with water.

2. Ginger and coconut oil mask

material: Small pieces of ginger according to hair growth, coconut oil as needed

Method of use:

Prepare the ginger paste.
Then mix coconut oil into this paste.
Now after applying this paste to your hair and leave it for 5-10 minutes, wash your hair with shampoo.

3. Ginger and lemon oil hair mask

material- One spoon of ginger juice, one spoon of lemon oil

Method of use:

Put ginger juice and lemon oil in a bowl.
Now apply this mixture to the roots of your hair and massage it with light hands.
After leaving this mixture on for 5 to 10 minutes, wash your hair with shampoo.
