Step 1 First grate the coconut. Let the kadai or pan heat up on medium heat. When the pan is hot, add ghee and then add grated coconut and roast it well.
Step 2 Here, chop cashews and almonds into small pieces and fry it by adding a little ghee in another pan.
Step 3 Once the coconut is roasted, add the khoya to the same pan and add milk as required, continue roasting it until it ends up on the sides of the pan.
Step 4 Now add milkmaid to this mixture and reduce the flame on the gas, roast it for a while, then add cardamom powder, roasted cashews and almonds and stir well, now switch off the gas.
Step 5 Let it cool slightly at room temperature. Until then, take out the grated dry coconut in a plate on the other side.
Step 6 When the mixture becomes cool, apply ghee on the palms and prepare small laddus from the mixture. Now wrap these laddus in dry brown coconut from all sides.

Step 5 Then cut it in the shape of barfi using a knife and keep it for at least 30 minutes to fix.
