According to a study conducted by the National Center for Biotechnology Information, milk has antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, anticancer, antioxidant, and immunomodulatory properties. A study suggested that the use of raw milk may be effective for skin problems such as chronic wounds, tissue regeneration, acne problems and plaque psoriasis.

Milk is rich in proteins, vitamins, minerals such as sodium, potassium and calcium and iron. All these nutrients are one of the essential nutrients for the skin. A study published by Research Gate said that the nutrient content of milk can also fluctuate due to changing seasons.

Along with this, it has been recommended to use raw milk on the skin as the amount of vitamin C and other nutrients present in milk can change during processing.

1. Acts as a facial cleanser

Damaged skin cells give the skin a dry and dull appearance. In such a situation, the quality of water, carbohydrates, protein and vitamin A present in raw milk can help hydrate the skin. It also removes dead skin cells and maintains your natural glow. However, this has not been scientifically proven yet.

3. Useful in removing acne

Vitamin A contained in raw milk has healing effects on the skin and strengthens the skin’s immunity. Along with this, the minerals and lactic acid contained clean the skin pores well and can act as a prevention for problems such as acne. Vitamin D deficiency can cause acne problems. On the other hand, vitamin D and other vitamins are found in abundance in raw milk. It can help you get relief from painful acne.

1. Raw milk and turmeric

Mix turmeric in raw milk. Now apply on face and massage in circular motion for 2 to 3 minutes. Then wash your face with water. It acts as a skin cleanser and skin tonic for you.

2. Raw milk and honey

Mix the raw milk and honey well. Apply this paste on your face and massage with light hands for 2 to 3 minutes. Then let it dry, after drying wash your face with water. It gives the skin a natural glow and can also help reduce problems like acne.

3. Raw milk and tomato juice

Mix raw milk with tomato juice and massage your face with it. From now on, leave it on for 20 to 30 minutes, then rinse your face with water.

4. Plain raw milk

Even without mixing raw milk into anything, applying it to your face has its benefits. Dip a cotton pad in raw milk and thoroughly clean your face with it. Leave it like this for a while and then rinse your face with water. It removes dust and dirt from the skin and keeps the skin soft.

5. Raw milk and rice flour

Make a thick paste by mixing raw milk with rice flour. Now apply it on the pimple and acne area and leave it overnight. The next morning, clean it with a light sprinkling of water.
