1. Cause infection
Ear buds make the ears vulnerable to bacterial and fungal infections. Apart from this, the fibers in Q-tips can also cause fungal pathogens.
2. Ear damage
The ear canal is not straight. Therefore, repeated use of earplugs can cause irritation in the ears. In addition, there is a risk of injury.

Cotton swabs can push the wax deeper because the size of the buds does not leave much room for the wax to come out of the ear canal. This can lead to wax build-up.

put oil in the ears
Even in the old days, lukewarm oil was often poured into the ears to clean the ears. Instead of using lots of cotton buds, put coconut or mustard oil in the ears when warm.
Just a drop or two is enough to put the oil in the ear. So just put oil in the ear and after a while clean the ear lightly with a clean cloth. This is also a good way to remove dirt from the ear. It will also reduce any kind of itching. Infection will also disappear.
In addition to this, you can also have your ear cleaned by visiting an ENT doctor every 2-3 months.
