Akshay and Twinkle's plush house has a view of the Arabian sea. In an interview with Vogue, Twinkle had shared that it's wonderful to live by the sea and watch the sunset, sitting on the parapet.

The grand entrance

The grandeur of Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna's home can be seen from its entrance that has a lush green garden and some artifacts.

Twinkle Khanna has decorated their house with things that have beautiful stories attached to them. From the blue print of their house to the architecture, she has beautifully decorated the space.

Mango tree in memory of Rajesh Khanna

There was a mango tree in the living area of late Rajesh Khanna's house, Ashirwad. Twinkle makes sure that there is a mango tree in every house she lives.

The ground floor has Akshay Kumar's walk-in closet, a kitchen and a home theatre. The living area of the ground floor looks like a space blessed by Lord Buddha.

Twinkle and Akshay's home has a 13-part pendant light installation by Klove Studio along with an indoor pond and antique silver candelabras.

The living room holds powerful works from prominent Indian artists like Rekha Rodwittiya and Shipra Bhattacharya. It also has a beautiful centre table from the house of Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla.

The Indian James Bond

Twinkle has added diverse work of artists in her home and an Indian James Bond painting by Rajeshwara Rao is placed at the right of the pond. This was a gift from her to Akshay on his 40th birthday.

The dining area

Close to the living room is the dining area, which gives an overlook into their orchard through a glass wall. The 8-seater dining set and silver candle stand adds a royal touch to the room.

The grey dominated floor

The first-floor has bedrooms, Twinkle's office, a pantry and a balcony. Grey is the most dominating colour of this floor and various European and South Indian silver sculptures grace it.

The inevitable bookshelf

Utilising the space under the staircase, the area is lined with a railing of rope to make an innovative bookshelf.

Twinkle's at-home work station

Twinkle Khanna's office at home has another bookshelf filled with books. Along with it lies a floating Dedon daybed, where the family plays ludo and Backgammon.

Their bedroom is all about minimal interiors. The low floor, wooden panel bed has a charcoal suede headboard. The white origami wall art and floor-to-roof window gives a fuss-free feel to it.
