1 Healthy snacks

Your healthy snacks should be stored so that there is no negative effect on your and your baby’s health. Keep the things you love and keep the things that suit you. That is, do not try such a new thing, which is afraid of being allergic.
2 Healthy liquid
Childbirth is one of the most difficult phases of life, for this you need to be prepared and hydrated. Your partner may have to run around the hospital a lot. So pack a bottle of coconut water as well as electrolyte drops or drops that you can easily mix with water.
3 ID required
This is the most important thing. This may be the first thing you need to keep, as your ID will be asked before delivery or admission to hospital. So you can keep any of your ID or any ID given by the hospital.
